The building exterior is composed of white hollow bricks forming a semi-transparent facade, responding to the dual needs for privacy and transparency in urban contexts. This design inspiration derives from Toyo Ito's concept of 'architecture of wind and light'—allowing architecture to become an interface where environmental conditions (light, wind, street perception) can freely traverse. Through the rhythm of facade screening, we have not only designed a visual tempo but also created a dialogue space between living and nature.

This project is a collective housing development composed of studio apartment units, emphasizing an independent yet transparent living experience. Continuing our use of natural elements, we combine balconies, hollow brick walls, and plantings, allowing residents to experience the movement of light and shadows and the passage of breezes in their daily lives. Each unit has its own framed view of light while maintaining privacy that shields from outside gazes. This is not merely architectural form design, but rather 'how to enable people to maintain a sense of rhythm in harmony with nature while living in the city.
